Hallo,
was gilt es bei der Installation von PF Helpdesk zu beachten, wenn man MS-SQL anstelle von MS-Access verwenden möchte. Ist irgendwo etwas in diese Richtung dokumentiert? Wichtig wäre uns, dass wir die vordefinierten Felder wie "Status", "Kategorie", etc. um weitere projektspezifische Felder erweitern können. Weiß jemand, wie das funktioniert?

Remember that all users must have write permissions to the database.
This is not sufficiently documented yet, but we are working on it!
The design of both the Access database and the SQL database is open, which
means that you can expand the fields as you choose.
