Outlook 2003 fehlerhafte Ansicht / Formatierung

Hallo zusammen.
Ich habe ein komisches Problem mit Outlook 2003.

Kurze Erklärung:
Die Firma B empfängt und verschickt diverse Emails.
Es gab viele Jahre über keine Probleme.
Firma A schickt Emails (Mailprogramm unbekannt) an
Firma B. Es gab auch hier nie Probleme.

Plötzlich wird die Formatierung der Emails von der Firma A
verschoben. (Siehe unten)
Wenn ich die Email mit einem Doppelklick öffne wird alles verschoben
siehe hier:

Sendet mit die Firma A die Email ist alles ok mit der Mail.
Ich habe wie Firma B das gleiche Outlook2003 SP3 und WindowsXP Sp3

Hat jemand eine Idee, warum das Outlook in der Firma B
die Formatierung so über den Haufen wirft?
Mein Outlook hat die gleichen Einstellungen wir die Firma B.
Das das Problem bei Firma A liegt kann ich mir nicht vorstellen,
denn sonst müssten die Mails auch bei mir Fehlerhaft sein.

Eine Besonderheit noch:
Die Firma B verteilt die Mails über Public Share Folder.
Das Problem ist bei der Firma B an allen Rechnern die die Emails einsehen können.

Ich weiß nicht ob ich mein Problem verständlich geschildert habe, aber
das Problem ist in den 2 Mails sichtbar die ich oben aufgeführt habe.

Die Mails der Firma A werden bei der Firma B fehlerhaft angezeigt.
Bei mir werden die Mails der Firma A korrekt angezeigt.
Sende ich die Mails der Firma A an die Firma B weiter werden sie
auch bei der Firma B korrekt angezeigt.

Mit meinem Latein bin ich am Ende.
