      Beim Öffnen von IncrediMail 2.5  erhalte ich plötzlich folgende Meldung:

      IncrediMail has encountered a Problem and Needs to Close. Crash Detaails:Exception ACCESS Violation (C 0000005) on reading from O3F2036E-Faulting Offset: 0000427B -Module:Im App.exe -0000427B Im App.exe.

      Wie werde ich diese Meldung wieder los

        versuche erst mal eine erneute Installation.

          Habe Neuinstallation gemacht, kein Erfolg, Meldung immer noch die gleiche
