Hallo und frohes neues Jahr!
Wenn ich beim Schreiben einer E-Mail mit Outlook 2010 die Taste Enter drücke, springt der Cursor auf eine neue Zeile, es wird jedoch kein Zeilenumbruch sondern ein Absatz generiert. Dieser Absatz sieht z.B. bei web.de aus, als wäre eine Leerzeile dazwischen. Wie kann ich Outlook 2010 so einstellen, dass beim Betätigen der Enter-Taste ein Zeilenumbruch entsteht? Zeitgleich die Umschalt- und Entertaste drücken ist keine praktikable Lösung.

Also in Word schreibt man, normalerweise, z.b. in Blocksatz, und da macht das dann mit ENTER = Neuer Absatz schon Sinn.
Blos in Outlook eben nicht, und da finde ich das mit SHIFT+ENTER auch blöde.Da es also anscheinend eine globale Einstellung von Office ist, denke ich mal nicht das man das einstellen kann, ich habe zumindest nirgendwo etwas gefunden, wenn würde ich aber mal bei Word nachsehen.
Ich habe die Frage aber auch mal an anderer Stelle gestellt, vielleicht kommt da eine Antwort.
Bei HTML Mails könnte man die Absatzformatierung ändern, aber da bin ich mir nicht sicher was z.B. Web.de dann daraus macht.

Von einer Quelle kam die Antwort:

Set Outlook to use left alignment and it will behave the same as in Word with justification – or use justification in both and don\’t worry about it. If the message is sent to someone whose client doesn\’t support it, it will left align.
Otherwise, don\’t worry about it – email is an imperfect medium and content is more important than perfect looks. The same message will look slightly different in every client, web service, or smartphone. (I\’d rather see double spacing than sentences that don\’t wrap in my window. It looks awful if my reading pane is not adjusted the same as the senders and I either have a narrow column of text or lines with uneven margins because my window isn\’t set as wide as the senders. ) \”
